1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using MAP & PUMP (the website, apps, dashboards, and related services), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use MAP & PUMP on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
2. What MAP & PUMP provides
MAP & PUMP is an availability and information layer for fuel retail. Companies and station operators can list stations, show fuel stock or availability status, manage related operational tools, and reach drivers. Drivers and other users can view station and availability information, make bookings where offered, and use related account features.
Availability, prices, and station status are provided by operators or other sources and may change without notice. MAP & PUMP does not guarantee that any station has fuel, is open, or will fulfil a booking exactly as shown.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Company, branch, staff, and similar accounts may be subject to additional verification. We may suspend or refuse accounts that appear incomplete, inaccurate, or used in a way that harms the service or other users.
Where MAP & PUMP requires company, station, vehicle, or driver license information, you must provide current and lawful license details. You are responsible for renewing expired licenses and updating the service when a license number, document, owner, vehicle, company, or station permit changes. We may review, reject, suspend, or remove access when license details are missing, expired, invalid, misleading, or cannot be verified.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse MAP & PUMP. That includes, among other things: attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to systems or data; scraping or harvesting data in ways that harm the service or violate applicable law; posting false station, stock, price, or booking information; using the platform to harass others; or using the service for any unlawful purpose.
Operators must keep station and availability information as accurate and current as reasonably practical. Drivers and other users must honour bookings they make and follow any station rules that apply when they visit.
5. Bookings and commercial relationships
Where booking or similar features are available, the underlying fuel sale or service is between the driver (or customer) and the station or company. MAP & PUMP facilitates information and, where offered, booking requests; it is not the seller of fuel unless expressly stated otherwise.
Paid plans, free tiers, and other commercial terms for companies or operators are as described on the pricing or account pages at the time of signup or upgrade, and may change with reasonable notice where required.
6. Intellectual property
MAP & PUMP, including its branding, software, design, and content we provide, remains our property or that of our licensors. You may use the service only as allowed by these terms. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our materials except as expressly permitted.
Content you submit (for example station details or profile information) remains yours. You grant MAP & PUMP a licence to use, display, and process that content as needed to operate and improve the service.
7. Privacy
How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using MAP & PUMP, you acknowledge that policy.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that station availability or other data will always be accurate or complete.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MAP & PUMP and its operators, affiliates, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim or a modest fixed amount where required by applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using MAP & PUMP at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if required for security or legal reasons, or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive termination.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
